Chelsea is at 200hr RYT with a particular affinity for Vinyasa and Yoga Nidra. She always wants to be conscious of how each person’s experience influences how they show up every day. Whether you’re practicing together for 30 minutes or an hour, her only goal for the class is that everyone leaves their mat feeling grateful that they gave themselves that time. She tries to provide ample variations for postures, making sure there is something for everyone throughout the class. Her motto is always “You are your own expert”, and reaffirms that each student knows their body best. She aims to provide classes that are supportive and challenging, and is always looking for fun new ways to transition into familiar shapes.
