Recognized and respected by patients and peers, Chana Ross has carved a reputation as an empathetic, effective and passionate practitioner.
After gaining broad experience in treating spinal pain and sports injuries, Chana decided to focus her practice on pelvic health and women’s health physiotherapy. She provides rehabilitation for all forms of pelvic pain and dysfunction as well as prenatal and postpartum physiotherapy.
Chana’s interest in women’s health developed during her pregnancies with her four beautiful children. She has since completed extensive training in the treatment of pelvic pain, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, ano-rectal disorders, chronic pain and prenatal and postpartum conditions. Chana is one of a select number of physiotherapists in Canada with specialized training in labour and delivery and treatment of diastasis recti (“mummy tummy”).
Talia Diamond is thrilled to join the Vital Physio team as a pelvic health physiotherapist! Talia is the mother of two beautiful, energetic and inquisitive twin girls who loves to use her personal experience as both a pelvic physio and busy mom to support and guide other mammas and help them achieve their heath and fitness goals!
Talia’s wide-ranging experience, together with her empathetic nature have earned Talia a reputation of being both knowledgeable & caring. She has practiced in a variety of settings, with a focus on treating clients with brain & spinal cord injuries, strokes as well as complex orthopedic injuries.
Known for her calm demeanor, positive outlook and energy, Karin has joined the Vital team equipped with nearly two decades of clinical experience and a passion for empowering patients. Karin’s interest in pelvic health was a natural career progression as she was able to blend and nurture her expertise in physical rehabilitation, a variety of fitness modalities, yoga, meditation and personal experience.
Karin offers her patients the latest, evidence-based treatment approaches as she attends specialized educational opportunities in the field of women’s pelvic health, fitness and wellness.
Julie is a very welcome addition to Vital Physiotherapy! She is known as a passionate and caring pelvic physiotherapist with experience treating a broad range of orthopedic conditions. She has now fully dedicated her time towards her passion of helping individuals with pelvic floor conditions.
She has advanced training in treating rectus diastasis, incontinence, prolapse, pelvic girdle pain, labour and delivery preparation and pregnancy related dysfunction. Julie has further focused her training in the areas of pediatric pelvic floor conditions and managing pelvic floor dysfunction for high intensity athletes (e.g. crossfit, bootcamp).
